Нийслэлийн прокурорын газраас Ж.Соронзонг яллагдагчаар татах тогтоол үйлдсэн даруйд Ж.Соронзонг одоо эрхэлж буй албан тушаалаас нь шууд түдгэлзүүлэх бөгөөд хойшлуулашгүйгээр дайчлан баривчлах, хилийн хориг тавих зэрэг хуулийн нөхцөл боломж бүрдэх юм.
