Саналын 70 орчим хувь нь сургуулийн орчин дахь гадуурхалт, дээрэлхэлт гэх асуудлууд түлхүү ирсэн. Өчигдрийн асуудал гэлтгүй сургууль, цэцэрлэгт ийм асуудал болж байгаа.
