Төрийн албаны 2022 оны эхний ерөнхий шалгалтыг 2022 оны 4 дүгээр сарын 01-ний өдрөөс эхлэн зохион байгуулахаар Төрийн албаны зөвлөлийн хуралдаанаас шийдвэрлэв.
Төрийн албаны энэ удаагийн ерөнхий шалгалтыг мэргэжлийн байгууллагуудын зөвлөмжийн дагуу халдвар хамгааллын дэглэмийг чанд баримтлан, аймаг, нийслэлийн Салбар зөвлөл, Төв болон салбар комисс, олон нийтийн хяналт дор зохион байгуулна.
Шалгалтын бүртгэл 2022 оны 2 дугаар сарын 17-ны 09:00 цагаас 3 дугаар сарын 19-ний 09:00 цаг хүртэл 30 хоногийн хугацаатай цахимаар явагдана.
Иргэд төрийн алба хаах адил тэгш боломжоор хангагдах төрийн албаны зарчмыг хэрэгжүүлэх бололцоог илүү бүрдүүлэх, олон нийтийн оролцоог шалгалтын үйл явцад идэвхжүүлэх зэрэг багц асуудлыг судлан хэрэгжүүлж, төрийн жинхэнэ албаны шалгалтын шинэтгэлийг цаашид улам эрчимжүүлэхээр боллоо.
Засаг захиргааны нэгжийн харьяалал харгалзахгүйгээр төрийн албаны нөөцийн бүртгэлд бүртгэх, нөөцөд орсон иргэдийн ажил эрхлэх боломжийг өргөтгөж төрийн жинхэнэ албаны нөөц ашиглалтыг сайжруулах, аймаг, нийслэл, төрийн захиргааны төв, орон нутгийн байгууллагуудын хүний нөөцийн эрэлтэд нийцүүлж төрийн албаны ерөнхий шалгалт авах цаг хугацаа, байршлыг уян хатан тогтоох чиглэлээр оны эхний хагаст багтаан тодорхой шийдвэр гаргана.
Шалгалтын босго оноо авч чадаагүй иргэдэд дараагийн шалгалтад бэлтгэл ханган амжилттай оролцох цаг хугацааны боломж олгох асуудлыг ч бас авч үзжээ.
Мөн төрийн албаны ерөнхий шалгалтын комиссыг иргэний нийгмийн байгууллагын төлөөлөл, төрийн албаны ерөнхий шалгалтад өндөр оноо авсан иргэд, төрийн албаны ахмад зүтгэлтнүүдийг оролцуулан өргөтгөх асуудлыг судлан шийдвэрлэх юм.
Сүүлийн жилүүдэд Төрийн албаны зөвлөлөөс сорилын материалыг цахимаар болон хэвлэмэл хувилбараар санал болгож, e-taz гар утасны аппликэйшн болон цахим хуудсан дахь “Хамтдаа бэлтгэе” цэсээр дамжуулан иргэд шалгалтдаа амжилттай бэлтгэх бүх талын боломжийг олгосон билээ.
